User Guide for the SIP-T22(P) IP Phone
To retrieve the parked call on phone A:
After things are processed, user on phone A presses the Retrieve soft key to retrieve the
parked call directly.
To retrieve the parked call on phone C:
User walks to an available conference room where the phone is designated as phone C.
The user uses phone C to dial the call park retrieve code(appearing on phone A) to
retrieve the parked call.
The LCD screen of phone A will prompt that the parked call is retrieved by phone C
(user Lin Wei in the following figure).
Two-way voice path is established between phone C and B.
Note
If the parked call is not retrieved within a period of time assigned by the system, the
phone performing call park feature will receive a call from the parked party. If the phone
performing call park feature still does not answer the call, the call will be dropped.
You can leave voice mails for someone else or retrieve voice mails stored in a voice
mailbox. When the phone receives a new voice mail, the MESSAGE key LED will
illuminate, and the phone LCD screen will display a flashing icon.
By default, users are prompted to enter a PIN before they retrieve voice mails or change
greetings settings. As a convenience to users who often access mailbox from the phone
in a secure office within the organization, voice mail without PIN feature can be
configured on the phone to allow users to access mailbox without entering PIN.
To retrieve voice mails:
