Sort—Press the YELLOW button.

Dynamic Scan
If the broadcast information has changed in
your Digital Broadcasting receiving area, the TV
detects the changes and add the new channels
automatically if updated. If you do not wish for the
TV to detect changes and prompt you to rescan, you
should set this feature to "Off ".

DTV Settings and press OK.

Press to select Dynamic Scan and press or
to select On.
Setting the Location
You can select either Home or Store mode. Home
is recommended for normal home use. Select Store
when using a TV for displaying in a shop, etc.

Clock Setup
The clock that is displayed while watching the TV
can be set to display time information acquired via a
digital broadcasting signal.

From the SETUP menu, press or to select
Clock Setup and press OK.

Press or to select Enable DTV Clock and
use or to select On.
This changes the time displayed when watching
the TV to the time received via the digital
broadcasting signal. The time received by the
DTV Clock is displayed.
If the time needs to be adjusted according
to the area in which you live, perform the
following procedure.

Press or to select Off set and use or
to adjust the time.
The time can be adjusted in 30 minute
increments. The adjusted time is displayed in
Display Clock.

Press or to select Done and press OK.
Setting the clock manually
If time information is not being received correctly
via digital broadcasting, or digital broadcasting is
not available in your area, follow the steps described
below to set the clock manually.

From the Clock Setup menu, press or to
select Enable DTV Clock and use or to
select Off .

Press or to select Date.
Use the Number buttons to enter the day,
month, and year.

Press or to select Time.
Use the Number buttons to enter the minute
and hour.

Press or to select Done and press OK.
NOTE:
• If the time is not set, some features such as recording
and the programme guide cannot be used.
• When you set the clock manually, it may not be
perfectly accurate. It is recommended that you
adjust the clock regularly.
• If you unplug the power supply, the time information
will be deleted. A message will be displayed the next
time the TV is turned on. Set the correct time again.
• If the time information is incorrect, programmed
recording may not be performed properly.
Furthermore, if the time information diff ers
according to the currently viewed channel,
programmed recording may not be performed
properly depending on tuning operations.
