Troubleshooting
1. Test Item
1) Check the communication and power connection.
2) Check the communication connector connection.
- RC072DHXB* : Outdoor Unit Inverter PBA CN301
- RC090/100/125/140/145*HX**, AC***FCA*** : Outdoor Unit Main PBA CN31
3) Check the communication circuit on the PBA.
2. Check procedure
30 seconds after power off, power on.
Does the communication error occur??
Are the power and communication
correctly connected?
Check the connection of
the communication connector (CN31)
of the main PBA.
1. Is the communication between the indoor unit
and the outdoor unit correctly connected?
2. Are the power connections (1(L), 2(N)) and the
communication connections (F1, F2) correctly connected?
3. Are the power connections (1(L), 2(N))
correctly assembled? (Refer to the circuit
diagram, and the power failure as
explained above.)
Check the communication
circuit of the main PBA of the outdoor unit.
1. Is there a problem in communication IC?
2. Is there a fault in TVS-Diode?

assembled as F1: Red, and F2: Blue?
2. Is the communication between the indoor unit
and the outdoor unit correctly connected?
3. Are the power connections (1(L), 2(N)) and the
communication connections (F1, F2) correctly
connected?
4. Are the power connections (1(L), 2(N)) correctly
assembled? (Refer to the circuit diagram, and
the power failure as explained above.)

Reconnect the communication connector.
