6. Immerse concentrate line quick disconnect
connector in sanitizer.
7. Place waste container under dispensing valve.
8. Open dispensing valve and dispense until all
concentrate is purged from the system and until
only sanitizing solution is dispensed.
CAUTION: Do not allow sanitizing
solution to remain in syrup system
longer than 10 to 15 minutes to avoid
damage to metallic parts of the system.
9. Allow sanitizing solution to remain in the system
for not less than 10 or more than 15 minutes
(max) contact time.
10. Remove concentrate line quick disconnect
connector from the sanitizer solution container..
11. Remove old bag valve from the concentrate line
quick disconnect connector.
12. Connect concentrate line quick disconnect
connector to a full bag-in-box container.
WARNING: Flush sanitizing solution
completely from each system.
Residual sanitizing solution
remaining in system could create a health
hazard.
13. Place waste container under dispensing valve.
14. Open dispensing valve and allow product to
completely purge sanitizing solution from the
concentrate system.
15. Dispose of waste sanitizing solution in sanitary
sewer, not in storm drain. Rinse sanitizer
container and waste container.
16. Open plain water inlet line shut off valve.
REPLENISHING CO
WARNING: CO
Strict Attention must be observed in
the prevention of CO
dioxide) gas leaks in the entire CO
drink system. If a CO
particularly in a small area, immediately
ventilate the contaminated area before
attempting to repair the leak. Personnel
exposed to high concentration of CO
will experience tremors which are followed
rapidly by loss of consciousness and
suffocation.
NOTE: When indicator on CO

1. Fully close (clockwise) CO
shutoff valve.
2. Slowly loosen primary CO
coupling nut allowing CO
then remove regulator assembly from empty
CO
cylinder.

3. Unfasten safety chain and remove empty CO
cylinder.
WARNING: To avoid personal injury
and/or property damage, always
secure CO
position with safety chain to prevent it from
falling over. Should valve become
accidentally damaged or broken off, CO
cylinder can cause serious personal injury.
4. Position full CO
chain.
5. Make sure gasket is in place inside primary CO
regulator coupling nut, then install regulator on
CO
cylinder.

6. Open (counterclockwise) CO
shutoff valve slightly to allow lines to slowly fill
with gas, then open valve fully to back-seat
valve. (Back-seating valve prevents leakage
around valve shaft).
7. Check for CO
REPLENISHING SYRUP SUPPLY
1. Disconnect concentrate line quick disconnect
connector from empty bag-in-box container
connector. Discard empty container.
