INSTRUCTIONS
Soften
1. Press SOFTEN/MELT.
2. Press the number "2" keypad.
3. Press SOFTEN/MELT until the desired food setting is displayed.
4. Press the number keypads to enter the quantity (weight or sticks).
5. (Optional) Press COOK POWER until the desired doneness setting
is displayed.
6. Press START.
7. Press CANCEL or open the door when finished.
Melt
1. Press SOFTEN/MELT.
2. Press the number "1" keypad.
3. Press SOFTEN/MELT until the desired food setting is displayed.
4. Press the number keypads to enter the quantity (weight or sticks).
5. (Optional) Press COOK POWER until the desired doneness setting
is displayed.
6. Press START.
7. Press CANCEL or open the door when finished.
Crisper pan frying
1. Brush the crisper pan with 1/2 tsp (3 mL) of oil or spray with nonstick
cooking spray. Place the crisper pan on the turntable.
2. Press CRISP.
3. Press the number keypads to enter 3 minutes.
4. Press START to preheat the crisper pan.
5. When finished, arrange the food on the crisper pan. Place the crisper
pan on the turntable.
6. Press CRISP.
7. Press the number keypads to set a length of time to crisp. Time can
be set up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
8. Press START.
9. Press CANCEL or open the door when finished.
Convection
1. Place the convection grid on the turntable or place the baking tray
cooking
in the slide rails.
2. Press CONVECT MODES then follow the onscreen prompts and use the
Allowable
keypad to select the desired food type.
Temperature
Range
3. Press the number keypads to set the desired temperature, then press
170°- 450°F
(Microwave) Start or wait a few seconds and the microwave oven will
(77° - 232° C)
automatically advance to the next step.
NOTE: If the temperature entered is outside the allowable temperature
range, the oven will produce three tones and the temperature you entered
will be cleared after Start is pressed. If you chose to let the microwave oven
advance automatically, the oven will not automatically advance to the next
step and the entered temperature will remain on screen. Enter an allowable
temperature or press (Microwave) Start to clear the invalid temperature.
4. Press the number keypads to set a length of time to convection cook.
Time can be set up to 11 hours and 59 minutes.
5. Press START. Preheating will begin.
6. When preheating is complete, place the food or bakeware on the
convection grid or on the baking tray.
7. Press START.
8. Press CANCEL or open the door when finished.
Oven control
1. Check that the microwave oven is off.
lockout
2. Press and hold START for 3 seconds.
3. If enabled, a tone will sound, and "Control Locked" will be displayed.
4. Repeat to unlock. Only the Timer Set/Off and Oven Light keypads will
function with the controls locked.
