FEATURE INSTRUCTIONS
Automatic reheat 1. Press REHEAT until the desired food setting is displayed.
2. Press the number keypads to enter quantity (slices or cups).
3. Press START.
NOTE: If Reheating a beverage, you will be prompted to select the
desired warmth.
IMPORTANT: Heated liquids can splash out during and after heating.
A wooden stir stick placed in the cup or bowl during heating may help
avoid this.
4. Press CANCEL or open the door when finished.
Manual reheat 1. Press REHEAT.
2. Press the number "7" keypad.
If using 70% cook power, go to Step 5.
3. Press COOK POWER, and then press the number keypads to set
the desired power level.
4. Press COOK TIME.
5. Press the number keypads to set the length of time to cook. Time can
be set up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
6. Press START.
7. Press CANCEL or open the door when finished.
Automatic defrost 1. Press DEFROST until the desired food setting is displayed.
2. Press the number keypads to enter the weight.
3. (Optional) Press COOK POWER until the desired doneness setting
is displayed.
4. Press START.
For better results, a preset standing time is included in the defrosting time.
This may make the defrosting time seem longer than expected.
5. Press CANCEL or open the door when finished.
Manual defrost 1. Press DEFROST.
2. Press the number "6" keypad.
If using 30% cook power, go to Step 5.
3. Press COOK POWER, and then enter the desired power level.
4. Press COOK TIME.
5. Press the number keypads to set a length of time to defrost. Time can
be set up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
6. Press START.
7. Press CANCEL or open the door when finished.
Automatic steam 1. Press STEAM COOK until the desired food setting is displayed.

The steam time will begin after the boiling point has been reached.
4. Press CANCEL or open the door when finished.
Manual steam 1. Press STEAM COOK.
