Remote access

Remote access allows you to operate your Answering Machine and listen to your messages
by calling from an external line.
To turn the remote access On/Off
1. Press MENU and then +/- to select
2. Press MENU and then +/- to select
3. Press MENU and then +/- to select
4. Press MENU to confirm the setting.
To remotely access your answering system from an external line, you need to key in a 4-digit
security code at the external terminal (default code is 0000).
After entering the remote access mode, press the following keys to carry out your desired
function.
Press... To...
1 Press once to repeat the current message from the beginning. Press twice to
play the previous message.
2 Play/Stop the current message playback.
3 Skip forward to the next message.
4 Toggle Answer Off/Announce Only/Announce and Record modes.
5 Delete the message
7 Listen to the Main Menu (for Full Voice prompts only)

Setting the security code

This is used to change the remote access PIN if necessary.
1. Press MENU and then +/- to select
2. Press MENU and then +/- to select
3. Press MENU and then enter the 4-digit remote code.
4. Press MENU to save the setting.

Making a call

1. Enter the phone number and then press

Speed dial calling

1. In idle mode, press and hold a key from 1 to 9 until the number is displayed and dialed.

Answering a call

1. Press or SPEAKER to answer the incoming call.
