Handling Notes LCD Module

[1] Fix the LED-PWB at the LED PWB Angle

1. LC-40LE820E/LU820E
1. Fix the LED-PWB at the LED-PWB Angle with Screw.
important matter
Don't use different Rank of LED-PWB.

Note
Use same rank LED-PWB in a module.
Use ionized air blowers.
Use conductive wristband or conductive shoes.
Use JIG for hold angle.
Don't touch LED surface as much as possible.
Don't touch LED with screw or driver bit.
1. Fix the LED-PWB Angle unit on BL-chassis with screw.
Fix the LED-PWB Angle unit order
1. Check the parts code.
2. Fit the LED-PWB Angle unit.
3. Check fitting positioning pin.
4. Fix them with screw.
Note
When fixing LED unit, connector of LED-PWB is outside
Don't make a scratch at LED chips.
important matter
Don't use different Rank of LED-PWB.
Identify the LED rank by the
alpha-numerical description
of 2 digits.
(For example "01")
