Some functions show the toast notification at the edges of the screen.
Those toast notifications are disabled by default. You can enable them in
the TOSHIBA Function Key application.

The Bluetooth Keyboard will be disconnected when Airplane mode is
turned on. To turn it off, you need to tap the network icon in the
Settings charm, and then slide the button to the Off position under
Airplane mode option.
F12 key's function can be enabled/disabled by tapping Function Key
under TOSHIBA group in the Apps view, and then slide the button
under F12 Key option to enable/disable the function.

Moves media backward.
Plays or pauses media playback.
Moves media forward.
Decreases the tablet's volume.
Increases the tablet's volume.
Turns the sound on or off.
Launches the Function Key
utility at the first time (by

You can enable/disable F12
key's function within the utility.
Turns the Airplane mode on if
the F12 key's function is
enabled.
Function
Reduces the icon size on the desktop
or the font sizes within one of the
supported application windows.
Enlarges the icon size on the desktop
or the font sizes within one of the
supported application windows.
Changes the display resolution.
