This can occur when the ABS activates, and does not indicate a
problem. Apply firm, steady pressure on the brake pedal. Never
pump the brake pedal.
The steering wheel may be locked.
Try to turn the steering wheel left and
right while turning the ignition key.
Move the steering wheel left and right
while pressing the ENGINE START/STOP button at the same
time.
