How to read the printouts
Thejournal and receipts are records of all transactions and operations.
The contents printed on receipts and journal are identical, except the date printing line. (The date line
printed on receipts and reports.)
You can choose the journal skip function (page 44).
If the journal skip function is selected, the cash register will print the total amount of each transacti
and the details of premium, discount and reduction operations only, without printing department a
PLU item registrations on the journal.
The following items can be skipped on receipts and journal.
. Time
. Consecutive number
. Taxable status
. Taxable amount
Receipt Sample
Journal Sample
(Item lines Included)
Journal Sample
(Item lines Skipped)
In the operation examples contained in this manual, the print samples are v'hat would be produced if the
paper is being used for receipts. They are not actual size. Actual receipts are 58 mm wide. Also, all
receipts and journals are printout images.
