9.2 Factory Data Reset

You can reset your phone to its factory defaults.
1. Tap Settings.
2. In PERSONAL, tap Backup & reset.
3. Tap Factory data reset.
4. Tap Reset phone to reset.
The factory data reset may take about 3 minutes. All data stored in the phone memory
will be erased. But, data stored in the internal storage will be kept.
However, OTA (Over-The-Air) software upgrade will not erase anything in the phone
memory and internal storage. No data will be lost.
NOTE: The factory reset method will not remove the data in the internal storage in
your phone. If you like to delete the data stored in the internal storage, you can do it
via the File Manager application or the computer.
