Section 5 - Configuration
In a typical application, when motion is detected, the DNR-202L sends an alert via e-mail as a notification. For each channel,
an event can be triggered by many sources, such as motion detection or digital input. When an event is triggered, a specified
action will be performed.
Connection Lost:
This option allows you to receive notifications when the
connection to this camera is lost.
Motion Detected:
This option allows you to receive notifications when motion is
detected during camera live video monitoring for this channel.
Digital Input:
This option to allow you to receive notifications when an
external trigger input is received for this channel.
Buzzer:
This option to allow you to receive notifications when a camera
loses network connection for this channel.
E-mail:
Select this option to have e-mail sent to a specified SMTP
account after receiving a camera event. Click Copy to apply
event and event actions to specific channels.
Hard Disk Space Full:
This option allows you to receive notifications when the hard
drive space if full on the attached USB drive.
Hard Disk Error:
This option allows you to receive notifications when the
attached hard drive has an error.
Network Disconnected:
This option allows you to receive notifications when the NVR
connection to your network is lost.
Event Action:
Enable buzzer and e-mail notifications by checking the
corresponding boxes.
