exposure Setup
You can adjust the exposure level of the camera.
1. Select <exposure>.
2. Select each item and set it properly.
• Brightness : Adjust the screen
brightness.
• Shutter mode : Adjust the electronic
shutter of the camera.
- Manual : Adjust the shutter speed
of the camera manually.
- ESC (Electronic shutter control) :
Adjust the shutter speed
automatically according to the ambient brightness.
- A.FLK (Anti flicker) : Select this feature if you encounter a flickering screen due
to a frequency mismatch with the ambient lighting.
• Shutter speed : Control the shutter speed manually.
• SSNR3 : Specify the use of noise reduction.
• SSNR3 level : Adjust the noise reduction level.
• Sens-up mode : Automatically senses the darkness level at night or in a low
contrast scene and extends the accumulation time accordingly for a bright and
sharp image.
If you set the shutter mode to Manual/A.FLK, SENS-UP mode will be deactivated.

The greater the Sens-Up factor is, the brighter the screen becomes but it may result in an

afterimage or video delay.
• Sens-up limit : Set the work condition to Auto mode in a low contrast scene.
• Lens : Select to set the lens mode of the camera to Manual or Auto.
- DC(Auto) : Select this if you use the DC lens. Only the iris is adjusted
automatically, but the focus is not controlled automatically.
- Manual : Select this if you use a lens on which you adjust the iris and focus
manually.
- Video(Auto) : Select this if you use the video-dedicated lens.
• AGC mode : Select AGC Control mode.
Adjust the gain value of the video (that, in particular, was recorded at a low
contrast scene and had a lower brightness level than normal) to control the video
brightness.
