Paper is not feeding from the correct paper tray
There are two paper trays on your printer. For more information, see
printer
parts.
Paper tray 1 is best for printing on specialty paper because it has a paper type sensor
that detects certain types of paper and the paper guide adjusts to various paper sizes.
For help, see
Using the paper type
Paper tray 2 is best for printing on A4 or letter size paper because the default setting
for this paper tray is for plain paper. The paper guide only adjusts for A4 or letter size
paper.
If your printer is not feeding paper from the correct paper tray, choose the appropriate paper
tray in the printer software.
Note: The setting in the printer software overrides the paper tray you selected on
the printer.
