Printer does not feed envelopes or specialty paper
Make sure:
•
Your printer feeds paper without problems. If it does, load the envelopes or specialty
paper vertically against the right side of paper tray 1. Squeeze and slide the paper
guide to the left edge of the envelopes or specialty paper. Press the paper tray 1
button once to select it. For help, see

You select the appropriate envelope or specialty paper size in the
box and the appropriate paper type in the

You are using a specialty paper or envelope size supported by your printer.
•
Your software application is designed to print envelopes. For help, check your
software application documentation.
•
The envelope or specialty paper is not jammed. For help, see
jam.
•
Your printer is not being held or paused. To check the printer status:

From your desktop, click the Lexmark Z65 printer icon.

From the Printing menu, make sure Start Print Queue is selected.
