Remove the hard drive:

Disconnect the USB cable on top of the hard drive from the computer.
NOTE:
If it is necessary to replace the hard drive cable, see

Remove the two Phillips screws (1). Lift the hard drive (2) to remove and disconnect the hard
drive cable (3).
