Electrical Connection Improper use of the grounded plug can result in the risk of electrical shock. If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by a qualified electrician or an authorized service center. Never ground the unit through a gas, heating, or tap water pipe or the grounded wire of a single-phase power supply. -

Defrosting the Unit If there is a heavy frost buildup in the SCFU386, remove the contents and disconnect the power. Any frost that has accumulated will melt. Wipe up the melt water with a clean sponge or soft cloth, then dry the unit thoroughly. Finally, reconnect the power. -
