11.1.3 Contrast and colour adjustment
Colour adjustment is achieved using the RGBSET command, which defines the look up table used
to map the input data to the corresponding 18-bit pixel colour.
Contrast adjustment is achieved by writing an 8-bit value to the display using the WRCNTR
command. The default value is 03F hex.
