Front Body
Replacing top longitudinal member
Separation points
K - Make the separation cut according to the
severity of the damage.
- Release original welding at the top and bot-
tom by drilling off the spot weld seams.
Replacement part
♦ Top longitudinal member
Preparing new part
- Transfer the separation cut onto the new part
and cut to the required dimensions.
Welding in
K - Weld top longitudinal member, RP spot
seam.
- Butt weld the separation cut as an inert gas
shielded full seam.
