You need to subscribe to the
specific BT Calling Feature to
be able to use some of these
services. You might have to pay
a fee.
For more details on BT's
Calling Features, go to
bt.com/callingfeatures, refer to
the user guide supplied when
you subscribed to the services
of your choice or call BT free on
0800 800 150.
If you're not connected to the
BT network, some of these
features may not be available.
Call diversion services might
allow other divert options.
Please contact your telephone
network provider for details.
Call Diversion will divert
incoming calls to another
number of your choice. You can
choose all calls to be diverted or
calls only to be diverted when
the line is busy or only calls that
are not answered.
You can easily access a number of BT Calling
Features using the Calling Features menu.

Cancel Ringback
Call Waiting
Using Call Diversion: set up, cancel or check status
1. Select Menu, scroll
and press OK.
2. Call Diversion is highlighted, press OK.
3. Press
you want: All Calls, When busy or Not answered
and press OK.
4. Press
or Check status and press OK.
5. If you selected Set up, you will need to enter the
telephone number to divert to (or press
select the number from your contacts), then select
Set up. If you chose Cancel or Check status, the
service will be called, follow the spoken instructions
or listen for confirmation/status.
