does LED turn on red light?
Does LED turn on green ligh t?
Is output first pin PW7 no rmal?
A. First check connection, and then check the output of first pin of PW6(ST-BY 3.3V).
B. Check waveform third pin and 5th pin of PW6. If waveform does not appear, replace
