working properly. In this case repair is NOT covered under your warranty.

Completely insert the drip
tray with the coffee grounds
drawer into the machine
and close the service door.
Empty the coffee grounds
drawer. Wait about 5 seconds
before placing it back.
Set the "ESPRESSO" or "COFFEE" selection lever to "ESPRESSO" within 30
seconds to complete brewing.
Set the "ESPRESSO" or "COFFEE" selection lever to "COFFEE" within 30 seconds
to complete brewing.
A beverage has been selected without the coff ee bean hopper inner lid on
the machine. Place the coff ee bean hopper inner lid on the machine within
30 seconds to complete brewing.
Turn off the machine. After 30 seconds, turn it on again. Try this 2 or 3 times.
If the machine does not start, contact the Philips SAECO hotline in your country
and communicate the Error-code which you see on the display. You can fi nd its

coffee beans, refi t the lid and
restart the cycle.

primes the water circuit.
