Description

If the data on the connected USB memory stick is supported,
the name of the data file is displayed with up to 23 single-byte
characters. If data is transmitted to the printer that is
connected with the USB memory stick, the data is saved as
"Epson_repeat_print.prn" on the USB memory stick. Select the
data file you want to print and specify the number of copies.

Auto*1
Specify whether you want to print with uni-directional or
bi-directional movement of the print head. When Auto is
Uni-Directional
selected, printing is performed according to the settings in the
software. When Uni-Directional is selected, the print head
prints in one direction only. Print quality improves, but print
speed decreases. Try using Uni-Directional if you notice any
print misalignments or unevenness in color and so on.

Description

Press the Z button to print a nozzle check pattern. Visually
inspect the printed pattern and perform head cleaning if you
notice faint or missing areas.

Execute (Light)*1
Find the number of the patterns with faint or missing areas on
the check pattern sheet, specify all rows or specific nozzle rows
Execute (Medium)
containing the numbers, and clean the print head.
Selected Nozzles allows you to select the nozzle rows to be
Execute (Heavy)
cleaned. All Nozzles cleans all of the nozzles in the print head.
Execute (Light)*1
You can set Execute (Light), Execute (Medium), or Execute
(Heavy) as the head cleaning level. Try Execute (Light) first. If
Execute (Medium)
the check pattern still contains faint or missing areas even after
performing Execute (Light), try Execute (Medium). If the
Execute (Heavy)
check pattern still contains faint or missing areas even after
performing Execute (Medium), try Execute (Heavy).
