2 Troubleshooting

2.3 Power Supply

The power supply in the computer controls many functions and components. To check if the
power supply is defective or malfunctioning, follow the troubleshooting procedures below as
instructed.

Procedure 1 Power Icon Check

The following power LED indicates the power supply status:
DC IN/Battery Charge LED
The power supply controller displays the power supply status through the DC IN/Battery
Charge LED as in the tables below.
DC IN/Battery Charge LED
DC IN/Battery Charge
LED
On in White
On in Amber
Blinking in Amber
(at equal intervals)
Off

Power Icon Check
Connection Check
Replacement Check
Both DC Power is been supplying from AC Adapter and Battery is
fully Charged.
Battery is been Charging from AC Adapter.
Battery low while driving the computer.
Battery damage or Else.
