Dual stream duplex

This job stream is available for i820 and i840 Series Scanners.
1. Prepare documents.
2. Start the scanner to do dual stream duplex scanning (front
bi-tonal, front color, rear bi-tonal and rear color).
3. Setup the scanner to retrieve bi-tonal images first.
4. Enable the scanner and start polling.
