USING
PLACE A CALL ON HOLD
While on a call, press the HOLD key.
TAKE A CALL OFF HOLD
To resume the call, press the HOLD key
again
or press the flashing LINE
key.
CALL TRANSFER to PHONE
While on a call, press the TRANSFER key,
then:
•Dial the extension number, then press
SEND
(or press the # key), then
press TRANSFER again
immediate transfer, or
•Dial the extension number, then press
SEND
(or press the # key),
announce the call when the party answers,
then press TRANSFER again
complete the transfer.
NOTE: You may also transfer to external
telephone numbers (e.g. another office,
mobile phone, etc.).
CALL TRANSFER to VOICEMAIL
While on a call, press the TRANSFER key,
then dial
plus the extension
*
number (e.g. *1000) and the caller will be
transferred directly to the Unavailable
greeting of the voicemail user.

USING
VOICEMAIL
Your MESSAGE WAITING indicator on the top
right corner of your phone is flashing red when
you have a new voicemail message.
You may also receive a copy of your voicemail
message in a pre-configured email Inbox.
Consult your System Administrator to determine
your Voicemail pre-configured User
RETRIEVE VOICEMAIL from YOUR
PHONE
1) Press the Message key
2) Dial your Password __________
3) Follow the Voice Prompts
RETRIEVE VOICEMAIL from

From an INTERNAL Phone:
1) Dial *98
2) Dial your Password

From an EXTERNAL Phone:
1) Place a call to one of your ComNet

2) During your Voicemail Greeting,
Dial * then your Password.
