The system doesn't power on.

The system's power cord is properly
connected.
There is a buzzing noise.
A beep code when the system starts up means that there is a configuration
problem. Many of the ebuzzer codes relate to the LED diagnostic codes. See
section "Using the LEDs and e-buzzer to Troubleshoot Your System".
