DURING DOWNTIME, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO LEAVE THE PRINTER POWERED ON TO ALLOW CLEAR. - Page 2 ON to allow the Ricoh Automatic Maintenance Utilities to keep the print head nozzles clear. The Ricoh GELJET has been engineered to perform automatic maintenance at various times in an effort to keep the print head nozzles in top condition. If this mainte- nance cannot be automatically performed, it is possible that the nozzles may suffer permanent effects.

Click Run to continue (see FIGURE 3). SG3110DN_PD-v4.exe FIGURE 3 Select the appropriate language and click OK to continue (see FIGURE 4).

You must accept the Software License Agreement before the installation will commence. If you agree with the terms, select I accept the agreement and click Next (see FIGURE 9).

Once the installation is complete you will see the following screen, click Close to continue (see FIGURE 21). FIGURE 21 22.) The following window will prompt you to register your product (see FIGURE 22). DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP, registration is required to use the software.

Click Obtain Registration Code to proceed (see FIGURE 23). FIGURE 23 24.) On the Product Registration web page, fill in the required information and click Submit when complete (see FIGURE 24).

Enter the Registration Code you receive into the Registration Code text box and click Apply Code (see FIGURE 25). FIGURE 25 26.) You should receive the following screen confirming that registration was successful (see FIGURE 26).

You should receive the following screen confirming that the driver settings have been initialised (see FIGURE 27). Click OK to continue. FIGURE 27 28.) You must restart your computer to complete the installation. Save and close any work that may be open and click Finish (see Figure 28).
