The Ricoh GELJET has been engineered to perform automatic maintenance at various times in an effort to keep the print head nozzles in top condition. If this mainte- nance cannot be automatically performed, it is possible that the nozzles may suffer permanent effects.
  • Page 3 Ricoh SG 3110DN – Installation Guide Macintosh OS Verifi cation Before you begin, you will need to verify your version of Mac OS. This is important when deciding which driver to download. You should only download drivers which are compatible with your version of Mac OS.
  • Page 4 The following instructions will demonstrate how to install the Ricoh (OEM) printer driver on computers running Mac OS X. Before installing the MacProfi le, you will need to install the Ricoh (OEM) printer driver. First, access the Ricoh website by entering www.ricoh.com...

Finally, double-click the Ricoh_ Afi cioSG3110DN icon to begin the Ricoh (OEM) printer driver installation process (see FIGURE 8 > 3). Once there, highlight Technical Support > SubliJet-R > Ricoh SG 3110DN, and highlight and click PowerDrivers & MacProfi les (see FIGURE 1) FIGURE 1 Under MacProfi les: Ricoh Platforms, click the link for your printer (see FIGURE 2).

Next, double-click the SubliJet-R GX e7700N.dmg fi le (see FIGURE 3 > 2). The Sawgrass Installer window should now appear (see FIGURE 4).

FIGURE 6 In the Read Me window, read the description of the two profi les being installed and click Continue when fi nished (see FIGURE 7).

The Product ID is located in the MacProfi le Registration window (see FIGURE 6). The easiest and fastest way to obtain a Registration Code 24/7 is by clicking the Obtain Registration Code button also located in the MacProfi le Registration window.

On the Product Registration web page, fi ll in the required information and click Submit when complete (see FIGURE 12). Your Registration Code will now be sent to the e-mail address used during registration.
