Activating Keeping warm
Tips
30
Every cooking zone has a keeping-warm setting. Keeping
warm (h) is between power levels 0 and 1.
If it is activated, the cooking zone switches off after a
maximum of two hours.
Keeping warm is for keeping food warm that has just been
cooked warm, i.e. food that is still hot. It is not intended for
reheating food that has gone cold!
^ Touch the sensor for the desired cooking zone.
^ Touch the settings bar between the numbers 0 and 1.
The cooking zone displays h.
– Keep the food warm in the cookware (pots/pans). Cover
the cookware with a lid.
– It is not necessary to stir the food while it is being kept
warm.
– Loss of nutrients begins with the preparation of the food
and continues while it is being kept warm. The longer food
is kept warm, the greater the loss of nutrients. The
keeping-warm time should therefore be as short as
possible.
