discharge it before recharging.
• It takes approximately 1 hours 45 minutes to fully charge the
battery from a depleted state (based on Canon's testing
standards).
• Charging it within a temperature range of 5 - 40°C (41 - 104 OF) is
recommended.
• Charge times may vary according to the ambient temperature and
the battery's charge state.
• You are advised to charge the battery on the day of use, or one
day before, to ensure a full charge.
Even charged batteries continue to discharge naturally.
• If the performance of the battery diminishes substantially even
when it is fully charged, its life has been exceeded and it
should be replaced.
