BATTERY INSPECTION/FUSE INSPECTION
7. Install:
: Battery
8. Connect:
: Battery leads
CAUTION:
Connect the positive lead 1 first and then
connect the negative lead 2 .
9. Connect:
: Breather hose
Be sure the hose is properly attached and
routed.
Refer to "CABLE ROUTING" section.
10. Install:
: Side covers (left and right)
Refer to "SIDE COVER, SEAT AND FUEL
TANK" section.

FUSE INSPECTION

CAUTION:
Always turn off the main switch when
checking or replacing the fuse. Otherwise, a
short circuit may occur.
1. Remove:
: Side covers (left and right)
Refer to "SIDE COVER, SEAT AND FUEL
TANK" section.
: Fuse holder 1
2. Inspect:
: Fuse

Inspection steps:
: Connect the pocket tester to the fuse and
check it for continuity.
NOTE:
Set the tester selector to "Ω
Pocket tester:
90890-03112
: If the tester is indicated at
fuse.
