11.2 Troubleshooting table for general errors

Warning
Maintenance may only be performed by a qualified service and maintenance engineer.
General faults and failures

Measure
Warning
Close the main gas valve at once.
Warning
Do not operate any switches.
Warning
No naked flames.
Warning
Ventilate the boiler room.
Tighten the threaded connection
Trace the leak
Consult the supplier and/or manufacturer
Before drawing off (too much) hot tap water, wait until the water in
the heater has reached the set temperature.
Set the correct supply pressure and/or burner
pressure.

Clean the burner(s)

Improve the air supply by better ventilating the boiler room.
