Soft start won't work/pump, always

Solution
Change sensor, page 26
Replace seal
Release trigger for 10-15 seconds.
Retry.
Replace switch
Check gun supply, hose and sprayer
for leaks
Replace hose.
Check and retighten all fittings.
Open gun air valve.
Clean needle and retry.
Check all quick disconnect connec-
tions to gun and hoses.
Replace hose.
Service compressor. Contact a quali-
fied Graco Service Center.
Thin material.
Change nozzles to a larger size. See
Operation Manual, Recommended
Nozzle Selection Chart, page 20.
Increase flow control setting
Relieve Pressure, page 7. Clean
gun.
Unkink hose.

Check gasket. TIghten connection.
Clean
Clean thoroughly. Soak in oil. Apply a
few drops of light oil.
