Updating Group Information in Real-time

The group information can be synchronized among member transceivers operating in
the GM mode. The latest information can be shared at all times even when there is no
time to exchange information using the micro-SD card.

Requesting for synchronization from your own station

Display the group list

Turn
, or touch the screen to select the group
whose information you want to synchronize

Touch the selected group
A list of the group members will be displayed.

Touch [SYNC]
When any group member approves the
synchronization, the synchronization will start and a
screen showing the progress status will be displayed.
Tip
When there are no members within the sphere of
communication, synchronization requests will not be sent
out even when [SYNC] is touched.
"Completed" will be displayed when the
synchronization is completed.
Members that exist in the partner station but not in
your own station will be added to the list.
Tips
• Members in your own station but not in the partner
station will also be added to the list of the partner
station that is synchronized.
• When the number of selected group members exceed
24, "Not Completed" is displayed on the screen and the
members will not be added.
• When there are no partner stations which agree to be
synchronized, "Not Completed" will be displayed and
synchronization will not be carried out.
