supply and relieve pressure through a hot tap prior to
opening the collector pipe work.

Advise customer on operation of
solar system and benefits of
storing water at 70ºC.
Tempering valves should be considered
for ablution areas if concerns surround
small children or elderly occupants.
Repair plumbing leaks or dripping
taps and check ECO on
thermostat is not tripped.
Replace Sunstat valve and check
ECO on thermostat is not tripped.
Rectify leaks at connectors or
