    When leaving your vehicle, do not leave the M35 Navig8r on the dashboard of the car. It should be removed and placed in a secure place along with the windscreen mount and power supply cable. Do not leave the M35 Navig8r in direct sunlight when not driving the vehicle.

    Subsequent charging should take less time to complete. Once the initial charge has been completed, turn the unit on by pressing and holding the power button located on the top of the unit for 3 seconds. The M35 Navig8r should start at the System Main Menu.

    To turn the GPS off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The M35 Navig8r will be powered down and the position in the menu structure saved; when the M35 Navig8r is started again it will start up in the same screen or position in the program it was in when it was turned off.

    D: Full Recalc: Forces the M35 to recalculate the full route from your current location to the destination address. This feature is useful if you decide to make a side trip from your calculated route.

    If the signal drops during a calculated route, the map will be paused until the signal is detected again. If shown in GREEN, 5 or more satellites are being detected and the M35 can accurately determine the current location. Routes can now be calculated.

    Satellites: Shows the number of satellites the M35 is receiving a valid signal from. The greater the number the greater the accuracy of the M35. Up to 12 satellites can be detected at any one time.
