1. Go to Options > Preferences > Set
Audio.

Headset Microphone Volume:
1. Go to Options > Preferences > Set
Audio.

Incoming calls go directly to the headset.
Use the Speaker key to switch between the speaker, headset,
and handset.
Lift the handset at anytime to switch back to the handset from
either the headset or the speaker.
