Cycle stitching setting screen
* Stop state is not displayed when the number of stitches is
(0 stitch).
* Position of presser foot is displayed except the case where the number
of stitches is (0 stitch) with the auto-lifter.
* Presser lifting time is displayed when the position of presser foot is
UP stop.
