Telephone operation
Transfer a call
To transfer a call from the telephone base:
During a call, press MENU. Press
1.
scroll to Transfer, then press SELECT.
• If you have two or more handsets/
pendants, your handset shows
TRANSFER TO: Press
the desired device and then press
SELECT. You may also enter a
destination handset number (1-9), or
enter 0 for the telephone base,
followed by 0-2 for HANDSET 10 to
HANDSET 12, or
all handsets. .
The outside call is put on hold and the telephone base shows
Transferring call/Transferring call to all.
The destination device rings. The destination handset shows
Transfer from BASE 0.
To answer the call on the destination handset, press ,

To answer the call on the pendant, press
• If the destination device does not answer the call within 30 seconds,
the originating device displays No response to transfer. The call
will be reverted to the originating device.
• If the destination device is in use, in the phonebook or caller ID log,
not powered or out of range, the originating device displays
No answer. Try again. and then reconnects to the outside call.
