INSTALLATION/REMOVAL OF
OPTIONAL BEZEL
1. Hook the bezel upper flange to the top
edge of the glass door frame, and then
swing the lower edge of the bezel toward
the door (Figure 11).
2. Gently push the lower edge of the bezel to
attach the bezel lower flange to the lower
edge of the glass door frame.
Reverse these steps to remove the bezel.

• Do NOT abuse glass door by striking or
slamming shut.
• Handle glass with extreme care! Glass is
susceptible to damage; do NOT scratch or
handle roughly while reinstalling the glass
door frame.
• Never operate fireplace with glass door
assembly removed.
These direct-vent appliances are designed
to operate only when glass door assem-
bly is installed. Generally, the glass door
assembly should not be removed, except
when access to components within the
firebox is required.
• Do not attempt to substitute the materials
used on these doors, or replace cracked
or broken glass.
• The glass door(s) of this appliance must
only be replaced as a complete unit as pro-
vided by the manufacturer. Do not attempt
to replace broken, cracked or chipped glass
separately.
