For Viewing by Mobile Phone
Most 3GPP cell phone supports media streaming with MPEG4 video and GSM-AMR
audio. Due to the limitation of the bandwidth for 3GPP, only QCIF (176x120 NTSC,
176x144 PAL) video solution will be supported for cell phone viewing. Please set related
video settings first as mentioned when viewing by mobile phone.
