Print: Secure Print

Allows you to send a print data temporarily to the printer with a passcode enabled,
and print upon entering the passcode. (suitable for printing confidential documents)
To send a Secure Print:

Select Printer & click
[Properties]

On the [Paper/Output] > [Pap
select [Job Type] :
Secure Print

Click on [Setup] - Enter
User ID & Passcode
Click OK on all open
windows to submit job
To retrieve a Secure Print:

From machine > Press
[Job Status] >
Print Jobs & More]

Select [Secure Print]
Select User ID > Press
[Job List] button.
Enter Passcode
Press Confirm

Select file > Press ile > P
[Print]. A message
displayed > Select your
preference. The job will
be printed.
