Cause
Printing is operated without
installing a DK Roll or without
installing the correct DK roll size.
Data to be printed corresponds to
2-3/7" (62 mm) continuous length
roll.
When selecting a template which
does not include the date and
time, it is not possible to set
addition or subtraction of date
and time.
When selecting a template which
does not include a numbering
object, the numbering function
cannot be used.
There was an error transmitting
the data from the PC.
The selected template does not
include items which are able to
be edited.
The data to be printed does not
fit the label size.
Solution
Set the DK Roll size to
accommodate the downloaded
template or label layout to be
printed.
Install 2-3/7" (62 mm) DK Tape.
Select a template which includes
date and time.
Select a template which includes
a numbering object.
Check that the cable is properly
connected and turn on the power
of main unit. Once complete, try
printing again.
Select another template.
Select a larger label size or
amend the text so that it is
shorter.
