4. Transferring a call

You are holding a conversation. Make an enquiry call to contact the transfer destination
number, then:
• Multi-line configuration

The first correspondent is
placed on hold
• Single-line configuration

Transfer
The first correspondent is
placed on hold
• You can also initiate a transfer by confirming the "Transfer" option before calling
a second correspondent.
• You can transfer your call immediately without waiting for your second
correspondent to reply, even if he is busy.
Transfer between two external correspondents is not usually authorized (depends on
the country)
