-Definition-
The optics thermistor is open.
-Possible Cause-
Defective thermistor
•
Defective main board
•
CN113 on the main board is not correctly connected.
•
-Action-
Check the resistance between CN113 pin 1 and pin 2.
∞Ω(Open)
Approx. 8 KΩ
Replace the thermistor
Check the voltage at CN113-2 on the main board.
5 volts 0 volts
Replace the main board
Check the voltage at CN113-1 on the main board.
About 1.8 volts
Replace the thermistor
Replace the main board
