    Copying Selecting Copy Paper There are two ways to select copy paper: ❖ Auto Paper Select The machine selects a suitable size of copy paper automatically based on orig- inal size and reproduction ratio. ❖ Manual Paper Select Choose the tray containing the paper you want to copy onto: a paper tray, by- pass tray, or Large Capacity Tray (LCT).

    Storing Data in the Document Server The Document Server enables you to store documents in memory and print them as you want. Important ❒ Machine failure can result in data loss. Important data stored on the hard disk should be backed up. The manufacturer shall not be re- sponsible for any damage that might result from loss of data.

    Copying Programs You can store frequently used copy job settings in machine memory and recall them for future use. Storing a Program Note ❒ You can store up to 10 programs. ❒ You can select the standard mode or program No. 10 as the mode to be set when modes are cleared or reset, or immediately after the op- eration switch is turned on.

    Press [OK]. When the settings are successfully stored, the program name appears on the right side of the registered program number. After a while, the initial copy display appears. Changing a stored program Check the program settings. Note ❒ To check the contents of a pro- gram, recall it.
