The Error Code designations indicating malfunction, or no malfunction, are listed in the Table below.

Lamp cover is open.

Lamp turns Off while the TV is playing.

- No Lamp Enable is received at the DM and Ballast.

- Lamp enable is received at the DM but not at the Ballast.
