between broken lines 3.5 V and 4.5 V.

Function
1. Select the Adjustment command.
Insert the Alignment disk.
2. Tum the rotary knob clockwise untn the head
arrives at the outmost position. Thereafter, tum
the rotary knob counter clockwise while stopping
and starting at each clicking point until the Cat's
eye pattern signal appears. Turning the stepping
motor with the geared driver within the range that
the screw fastening the stepping motor is not
dropped from the stepping moter flange, set the
amplitude ratio of the peak signals on the Cat's
eye pattern signal at 1 : 1.2 or less.
NOTE:
A ratio of 1 : 1.2
is
defmed by identifying the
smaller one as unity.
